Barefoot Landing invites you to enjoy live music every Friday and Saturday, from 5pm to 8pm at the Dockside Village Amphitheater throughout the months of April and May.
Various duos, trios and larger bands will entertain audiences for free with music from many different genres and styles. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair to sit on the lawn, relax and enjoy the sounds of live music. In addition to the regular Friday and Saturday lineup is something a little different for the whole family; the Long Bay Symphony Orchestra will make a special appearance on Sunday, April 28th. The family show will feature the Brothers Grimm folk tale set with music by Bernard Rogers. Shows will be at 5 pm and 6:15 pm in the Amphitheater at Dockside Village.
But the sounds of spring don't stop there. Many Barefoot Landing restaurants also offer live music throughout the week. If you like to enjoy happy hour or dinner on the water while watching the boats and listening to some relaxing tunes, Greg Norman Australian Grille has local entertainers five days a week. Lucy Buffett's LuLu's has performers every night starting at 5 pm and Taco Mundo has music on Sundays. And don't forget Taco Mundo's Cinco de Mayo celebration starts on Friday, May 3rd with various toe tapping, salsa sounds through Sunday, May 5th.
Of course, you can't go wrong by stopping at House of Blues for a show in the Music Hall or even a calmer presentation on The Deck. Dick's Last Resort has various musicians every night in April and Wild Wing Café gets into the act with local talent entertaining on weekends.
