Announcing Barefoot Landing’s 25th Anniversary Summer Celebration

It's Barefoot Landing's 25th Anniversary Summer Celebration so Summerfest! continues with more entertainment than ever before. On Sunday, August 25th there will be an additional fireworks show at 10:15 pm. Then on Monday the celebration continues with the House of Blues, which is celebrating their corporate 20th Anniversary. To commemorate the decades of the two venues' openings, there will be live 80s and 90s music with The Wavos on The Deck. Put on your big hair wigs and brush up on your 80s, 90s and Barefoot Landing trivia so you'll be prepared to win great give-aways from decades gone by. Food and drink specials will be served during the event that starts at 4:00 p.m. The Monday night fireworks follow at 10:15 pm.

Then on Wednesday anniversary cake will be served starting at 4:00 p.m. by the carousel while supplies last. More prizes will be given away and of course entertainment galore rounding the week off with the final fireworks of the season on Saturday, August 31 at 10:15 pm. Don't forget to ride the carousel for free all day Saturday as a thank you for 25 years of support and the last day of the 25th Anniversary Summer Celebration! Barefoot Landing beach bags filled with goodies from many of our fine merchants will also be given away throughout the week.

Entertainment throughout the week includes Nick, Pike, the unicyclist, juggler and comedian featured on "America's Got Talent", Mr. Nigel and Allie's Travelling Dance Party, clown shows, magic shows, live bronze statues, Kids' Karaoke, face painting, balloon animals, pirates, stilt walkers, and the camels of 5 Star Farm offering rides every evening starting at 5:00 p.m.
