RE: Annual Lighting of the Landing Is Nov. 21 At 6 p.m.

The Lighting of the Landing, Barefoot Landing's Annual Holiday Ceremony, will take place on Saturday, November 21.
Featuring Jingles the Elf and Santa, the event begins at 6 p.m. in the Lakeview Courtyard near the carousel. There will be holiday music performed by local groups and individuals, including a handbell choir from First Presbyterian Church and Shelley Sasser of Dino Capone's School of Rock.
A 22 foot tall Christmas tree will be illuminated following the performances in the Lakeview Courtyard.
In addition to the entertainment and tree lighting, there will be kids' activities, a petting zoo and more. A fireworks spectacular will take place over the lake at 7:00 p.m., and stores will remain open until 8:00 p.m. for holiday shopping.
