BAREFOOT LANDING'S SUMMERFEST! NIGHTLY ENTERTAINMENT SERIES ADDS DOCKSIDE LIVE! TO ITS LINE UP STARTING JUNE 1, 2018
North Myrtle Beach's Only Waterway Shopping, Dining and Entertainment Complex Features Free Family Style Entertainment Throughout The Summer Season
May 17, 2018, North Myrtle Beach, S.C. — Barefoot Landing, North Myrtle Beach's waterway center, featuring a wide variety of specialty shops, restaurants and entertainment, presents SummerFest! June 1 through September 1. This year's summer-long event showcases a new musical experience, Dockside Live!, featuring live bands and musicians, as well as several returning favorites from years past.
Guests will enjoy live entertainment in various locations throughout the center every night, beginning at 7 p.m. In Lakeside Village, near the carousel, everyone's favorite comedic entertainer, returning for his tenth year at Barefoot Landing, Nick Pike. Nick was a semi-finalist from "America's Got Talent" and recently appeared on Steve Harvey's "Showtime at the Apollo." He'll perform Sunday through Thursday nights with juggling, riding his unicycle and spinning a joke or two to keep the whole family in stitches. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights will feature Tropical Jammers steel drum father son team, John and Tony Mastroberti and Sunday, Monday and Thursday brings jazz saxophonist, Don Colton. A balloon-tying stilt walker performing exclusively at Barefoot Landing can be seen strolling the complex every Sunday through Friday evening.
The newest feature to SummerFest!, Dockside Live! will offer live music seven nights a week from 7 to 10 p.m. in Dockside Village. Everything from duos to full bands and music genres of all types will be heard and guests can enjoy toe-tapping tunes and soothing sounds.
During SummerFest! there will be fireworks spectaculars every Monday night over the lake at 10 p.m.
