O Christmas Tree… O Christmas Tree… How Lovely Are Thy Branches… especially at Barefoot Landing!
It's almost time to gather around the tree and await the arrival of Santa Claus and the holiday season! This year, you and the entire family can experience a magical evening during our annual Lighting of the Landing on Saturday, November 23rd!
This year, the event starts with activities including Holiday Mail for our troops, face painting, holiday stiltwalkers and more from 2pm – 5pm. Beginning at 6pm, the show begins with lively entertainment featuring the Alabama Theatre, musical guests and performers on the Crooked Hammock Brewery stage in Dockside Village across from Lulu's! WPDE's Chief Meteorologist Ed Piotrowski will emcee and we'll welcome in a special guest all the way from the North Pole before a grand finale fireworks display over the lake at 7pm!
For those young and young at heart, stick around for visits with Santa until 8pm! Don't forget, he's making the list and will check it twice!
