You can already feel it in the air. The birds are chirping louder… the grass is becoming more vibrant… the flowers are beginning to bloom and the temperatures are gradually rising. Spring is upon us! And on Saturday, March 27th, we will officially spring into the new season with the Barefoot Bunny Hop!
From 11am – 2pm, the music will be bunny hoppin' with a DJ and kids dance party on the lawn in Dockside Village. And new this year, there won't be any tricks, but rather CHICK or Treat stations for the kiddos to collect goodies. And don't forget, it wouldn't be a celebration without Peter Cottontail himself, so dress your Easter best and snap pictures with him and his other character friends!
Your family can also enjoy the breeze and fresh air of the playground located under the big oak tree. Although the event concludes at 2pm, you can always stick around and enjoy lunch or dinner at any of our delicious restaurants! From burgers to wings, fresh seafood and burritos, to margaritas and craft brews, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
During and after the Bunny Hop, mom and dad can stop, shop and save as some retailers will be offering special sales and promotions as a part of our already ongoing Market Days! While perusing the sale, you can sweeten up your steps by grabbing some ice cream at Sweet Molly's and Crafty Cow or by picking up some popcorn at Colette's! Perfect for on the go and hoppin' around Barefoot!
