Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, the area's only waterway shopping, dining and entertainment complex, is celebrating the month of October with a variety of fall-themed activities, as well as raising money to benefit those affected by the hurricane and flood.
The following is a list of family-fun activities centered in the Dockside Village area:
Friday, October 12
Barefoot Landing Pumpkin Patch
4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Dockside Village)
Pumpkins are available for sale in a variety of sizes. Prices: small - $3, medium - $8, large $10, extra-large - $12 and specialty - $15. Cash only. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to help hurricane and flood relief efforts in the community. The pumpkin patch also features a Jack-O-Lantern inflatable for children to enjoy. An all-day wristband is available for $3.

Hurricane Florence Storm & Flood Relief Benefit
Noon to 8 p.m. (Lawn and Amphitheater Area of Dockside Village Along the Intracoastal Waterway)
Bring the entire family out for a fun day and to raise money and collect donations for those impacted by Hurricane Florence and area flooding. There will be live music from Wet Nose Dogs, The Grassabillies and The Kid Drew Band, activities in the pumpkin patch, and sidewalk sales. Plus, from noon to 5 p.m., there will be food vendors, face painting, character appearances, costumed stilt walkers, a petting zoo, balloon artists, hay rides, and more.
