(Feb. 15, 2024) – Barefoot Landing will host its second annual Rock 'N Paws Live Music Event to promote local animal shelters on Friday, March 1 through Sunday, March 3 in Dockside Village. The event features live music throughout the weekend by local groups on the Amphitheater Stage. City Lights will be headlining on Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Saturday, music from noon to 8 p.m. features Paperwork, The 100 Grand Band and Band on Fire. Sunday's performances from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. include King Tide Band and Craig Sorrells Project. Local animal shelters will be at the events accepting donations, raising awareness and offering information. Shelter dogs may also be available for meet and greets. Guests are invited to bring their dogs dressed up for the "My Pet is a Rock Star" costume contest and parade at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 2.
