Laissez le bon temps rouler dans Barefoot Landing!
Okay, you don't need to freshen up on your high school French lessons to know that a good time is coming up this weekend at Barefoot Landing! But you can join us this Saturday, February 26th for Mardi Paws!
Your entire family, including your four legged family members, can enjoy the fun-filled celebration to benefit the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach!
FiFi and Fido will want to check out the pet friendly vendors in the Dockside Village lawn area from 1 pm to 4 pm, as well as the family/furry photo op and dog agility demonstrations all culminating with a Mardi Gras themed Pet Costume Contest at 3 pm on the Pepsi stage! Don't forget, the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach will be accepting donations throughout the event!
It's not only for the dogs. Live music featuring Purpose will take the stage beginning at 1 pm. At 2 pm, grab some beads and check out the Lulu's Mardi Gras Golf Cart Parade!
For the kids, in addition to free face painting, the Junior League of the Grand Strand will also join us with their Child Safety Fair from 1 pm to 4 pm. The organization will have local first responders showcasing safety demonstrations as well as offering finger printing and other cool opportunities! Then look up as a stilt walker towers among the activities for balloon making and photo ops! Just remember to post #BarefootLanding so we can share them too!
