(Sept. 28, 2023) -- The 3rd annual OktoberFest! returns to Barefoot Landing on Saturday, Oct. 7 from noon to 8 p.m. The fun will take place at participating restaurants and eateries throughout the property with additional activities in Dockside Village. To celebrate, many Barefoot Landing restaurants and eateries will feature German and fall-inspired food and drink items at their locations. Guests can purchase a $10 wristband for the day's festivities and receive a color changing beer stein, discounts from select retailers and an additional 10% off food and drinks (excluding alcohol) at participating restaurants. Proceeds from wristband sales will benefit the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach. Wristbands may be purchased in advance online, or on the day of the event at The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach's table from noon to 6 p.m. in Dockside Village. A listing of events and specials will be available. Guests can also enjoy live music from Mike O'Donnell from noon to 3 p.m. on the patio at LandShark. From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Band On Fire will perform on the Pepsi Stage in Dockside Village. Some other participating locations that are hosting food and drink specials will also have live music. The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach will have merchandise, raffles and adoptable shelter dogs for meet and greets.
