(Sept. 6, 2023) -- Barefoot Landing's 7th Annual SeptemberFest! returns Saturday, Sept. 16 from noon to 6 p.m. Festivities will take place in Barefoot Landing's Dockside Village lawn area between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Barefoot Lake, with the Grape Stomp happening on the Pepsi Stage. The featured event, Duplin Winery's Grape Stomp, takes place from noon to 6 p.m. During that same time, The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach will be set up selling merchandise and raffles. Guests are invited to bring their furry friends for a day of giving back and fun. Live music will begin at noon with Austin Floyd followed by Alan Bibey Project at 3 p.m. on the lawn next to the playground. There will also be craft beer and wine sales as well as entertainment for kids including stilt walkers, face painting and the playground. Patsy Kelly of WBTW and her dog, Wrigley, will be in attendance to meet guests as part of Patsy's Pet Patrol, sponsored by Barefoot Landing. Patsy will also be on hand as a guest emcee for the Lucy Look Alike Contest on the Pepsi Stage at 3 p.m. Participants will have a chance to win prizes by impersonating Lucille Ball in the iconic "I Love Lucy" grape stomping episode. Tickets to participate in the Grape Stomp can be purchased in advance online or at the Duplin Winery tent beginning at 11 a.m. on the day of the event. The Grape Stomp ticket includes the grape stomp experience, a special gift and a bottle of Duplin wine.
