5th Annual OktoberFest! at Barefoot Landing to Benefit Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach
Event to Feature Food & Drink Specials, Live Music & More
North Myrtle Beach, S.C. (Sept. 24, 2025) — The 5th Annual Oktoberfest! returns to Barefoot Landing from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4. The fun will take place at participating restaurants and eateries throughout the property with additional activities in Dockside Village.
To celebrate, many Barefoot Landing restaurants and eateries will feature German and fall-inspired food and drink items at their locations.
Guests can purchase a $10 wristband for the day’s festivities and receive a color changing beer stein (while supplies last), discounts from select retailers, and an additional 10% off food and drinks (excluding alcohol) at participating restaurants. Proceeds from wristband sales will benefit The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.
Wristbands may be purchased in advance online, or at The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach’s table in Dockside Village on the day of the event from noon to 6 p.m. A listing of events and specials will be available.
Guests will also be able to enjoy free live music from the Alex Church Duo from noon to 2:30 p.m. on the Pepsi Stage followed by Whiskey Run starting at 3 p.m. Other participating locations will feature food and drink specials along with live music and activities.
Big Chill Island House will host the Official Full Moon After Party from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. with 15% of sales during the event going to The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.
There will also be an “Every Dog is a Wiener Dog” Contest in which guests can dress their dogs in German attire or whatever their interpretation is of a wiener dog. The contest takes place at 2:30 p.m. at the Pepsi Stage. There is no registration, but all participating pups should be at the stage by 2:15 p.m.
The Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach will have merchandise, raffles and adoptable shelter dogs for meet and greets.
